Collection of Personal Information - The Personal Information we gather from you helps us learn about our customers and potential customers. We use this information to better tailor the features, performance and support of our solutions, products and services, and to contact you (or have others contact you) from time to time with information and offers about our or a third party's products and services.

Use and Disclosure of Information - In general, Personal Information you submit to us is used either to set up solutions or purchase products and/or services, respond to requests that you make, to process transactions, to facilitate your request for a quote from a third party service provider or to aid us in serving you better. We do not send out any spam and we do not provide your information to ANYONE for any reason.

Regarding Minors - Our websites are not designed for minors under the age of 18. We do not intentionally gather Personal Information about visitors who are under the age of 18.
Security - We use reasonable measures to maintain the security of your Personal Information. Even so, technical mistakes are possible. However, no company, including us, can fully eliminate security risks associated with Personal Information.

This Privacy Notice for California Residents (“California Notice”) supplements the WebComm Solutions Privacy Notice. It applies solely to WebComm Solutions Users, Viewers, and Invitees who live in the State of California (“California Residents”). WebComm Solutions adopts this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2019 and any subsequent amendments (“CCPA”). All terms used in this California Notice have the same meaning as when used in the CCPA.
Information WebComm Solutions May Collect Regarding California Residents
WebComm Solutions collects information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device (“personal information”). In particular, our Website may have collected the following categories of personal information from Users, Invitees, and Viewers within the last twelve months, for the purpose of establishing, maintaining, and supporting the services that we provide through our Website:
A. Identifiers: real name; alias; email address; internet protocol address.
B. Personal information categories listed in Cal. Civ. Code Sec. 1798.80(e): Real name; phone number.
C. Commercial information: Purchase records regarding WebComm Solutions services and products.
D. Internet or other similar network activity: Data on Viewers’ interaction with the WebComm Solutions' Website.

How California Resident Personal Information May Be Used

WebComm Solutions will not collect additional categories of personal information or use the personal information we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.
Sharing Personal Information
We may disclose your personal information to a third party for a business purpose. When we disclose personal information for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing your contract.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold any personal information.

Deletion Request Rights
You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we have collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:
Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you.
Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
Debug software to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act.
Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.
Comply with a legal obligation.

Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights
To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by reaching out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. You may only make a verifiable California Resident request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period.
The request must:
Provide sufficiently detailed information to allow WebComm Solutions to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information or their authorized representative.
Include sufficient detail to allow us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.
Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.
WebComm Solutions will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.
Response Timing and Format
We will attempt to respond to California Resident requests in as timely a fashion as possible. In the event of delays over 60 days, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable receipt of a California Resident’s request. The response we provide will explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before fulfilling your request.
In accordance with the CCPA’s requirements, we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
Changes to Our Privacy Notice
We reserve the right to amend this privacy notice at our discretion and at any time and will notify you by email or through a notice on our website homepage.
